I need your help to gather information about our family. Please help by filling out the form below with information about 1. Yourself 2. Your Family Members 3. Anything you know about our ancestors.

YOU - Please fill out the form below with details about yourself.

CHILDREN - For younger children please complete this form - one for each child. If you have adult children, please share this form with them and kindly ask them to fill it out - again, one per child.

SPOUSE/PARTNERS - Please help share this form with your spouse or partner and anyone else in your immediate family. Even if the individual is not of blood relation to a Sandau, they are still important to our story!

DECEASED FAMILY MEMBERS - If you have a family member who is no longer with us, please complete and submit again for them. Questions will be slightly different for those who have passed.

If you skipped the instructions that is okay... I forgive you. All four of them essentially say this: Add as many people as you can and submit ONE FORM PER PERSON. No limit to the number of submissions. The goal is to build the most complete and inclusive family tree as possible!
